Getting Started

How does iLab+ work?

You choose a treatment, complete an online health profile, and an independent licensed provider reviews it. If treatment is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy partner ships it to you.

Where is iLab+ available?

Service is currently planned for Florida only. Supported states will be listed here as they are confirmed.

Medical Evaluation

Who decides whether I receive treatment?

An independent licensed healthcare provider. iLab+ provides the technology platform and does not make clinical decisions.

How long does provider review take?

To be configured — this answer will be published once confirmed by iLab+.

Can my provider request additional information?

Yes. The provider may ask follow-up questions before making a decision.

What happens if treatment is not approved?

You will be notified. Refund handling for that case will follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is pending.

Prescriptions

Do I need a prescription?

Prescription treatments require evaluation and a prescription from a licensed provider. Completing a questionnaire never guarantees one.

Pharmacy & Shipping

Where does my medication come from?

If prescribed, it is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner. Partner details will be published once confirmed.

How does shipping work?

To be configured — this answer will be published once confirmed by iLab+.

Billing & Refills

Can I cancel?

To be configured — this answer will be published once confirmed by iLab+.

How do refills work?

Refills may require updated health information and a new provider review. Renewal is never automatic.

Safety & Privacy

Is my information secure?

Health information is stored in private, access-controlled accounts and is never sent to advertising platforms.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
